Saint Seiya - The Hades Chapter

 SUPER GREAT.

I adored a lot about this show! How it was built up, how the costumes transformed, how the characters loved each other and fought, they struggled and supported each other.

The Hades arc is kind of why I want the Knights of the Zodiac to continue, TBH? I want to see Shaun get to be the host of Hades, because seeing Shun be the host gave me interesting thoughts about Julian&Shun being friends. Not sure if I ship them, but I do think the Julian/Saori/Shun dynamic could be so interesting.

I loved seeing Orpheus and Eurydice coming into play; and why Pandora was chosen as Pandora's namesake, and essentially became Hades' big sister.

I loved the twins of Thanatos and Hypnos, and seeing Hypnos bleed for the first time, completely lose his mind because how dare??? a mortal??? wound him???

THE OPENING WAS SO GOOD! ORGAN MUSIC OF DAMNATION!!!

I really liked the sadness of Sanctuary, TBH? As much as I adored the organ music of Inferno/Elysium, hearing the melancholy in the music was a nice touch, like a prelude to the storm..

Truth be told, I'm a little bit sad that the voice actors changed between parts one and two, but I'm happy that I got to hear Ichigo's VA again! It's been so long since I've heard him! (It's been so long since I've watched anime.)

I loved the reprise of the Gold Saints, and seeing Saga and Kanon was just. Ah, so good!
