Ever After High s1-5

satalasers I think this is finished? It doesn't feel finished, it might be cancelled, but if there was more, I would totally watch more.
- What a cute and interesting idea! It's about the children of fairytale characters, and how some of them want to follow their destiny, and how some of them don't. Also, it was great that we got to see the parents too!
- I could not stand Apple for this very reason. It make sense for her wanting to enforce people to follow their storyline, considering she's afraid that everyone will disappear out of existence, but that predicament should have lasted only UP TO season ONE. But no, it had to be continued until after season FOUR, where she gets called out for her selfish behaviour. She was unbearable to me.
- Raven Queen was super cool though, and I really liked her and her ship with Dexter. I'm very sad they don't interact much, TBH. They're so cute, and would be even cuter if they had even more interactions. They clearly like each other!
- Really liked how the Wonderland stuff was handled. Maddie Hatter was delightful, and her father was just as rad. (Raven and Maddie being BFFs was pure delight, IMO.) (Couldn't care about Bunny and Alister though, because I didn't really get why they had to be jealous with each other talking to other people TBH.)
- I also love Daring Charming. He's just so funny and vain, that I adore him. Also, I kind of want him to have more interactions with Cerise, because they had very cute interactions, and then they basically never talked to each other again. Woe.
- I'm legit confused why Daring and Apple never talked to each other if they were supposed to be each other's Ever After TBH? It's all very well to have them exist in the same frame, but they don't really talk to each other despite that? The most chatty that they were with each other was when their personalities got reversed, and that's... a ship I could get behind, but not really the ship I want to get behind with them. Honestly, now that Daring and Apple aren't intended for each other, has me even more interested in them, I'd still like some solid conversations with them, regardless.
- Hopper was great!
- Didn't care for Cupid, and her one defining trait is that she's just interested in Dexter. It feels like that that's all she's there for, and I wish she was used for something else than to remind the audience that all she does is pine.
- Ginger was sweet. I loved that all she wanted to do was bake.
- Darling was pretty great!
Generally, really enjoyable animation and quick to binge, but I do with there had been more TBH.
