satalasers This show is so bad. Why do I watch it? Answer: because I hate leaving things unfinished.
- Ugh, this show is the worst. I hate the panty shots and the protag walking into places where a woman is naked, and/or the classic: his nullifying powers can make magic clothes disappear!!!
- It's not even a good exploration at the difference between what is science and magic, and cares more about introducing ten new characters at the same time, rather than exploring the roster of characters that we have already!
- I care about four characters, in total TBH: Accelerator, Stiyl, Mikoto, and occasionally Touma. My problem with Touma is that a) the harem/fanservicey elements that always happen with him around -- increases, is fairer to say, because god knows this anime franchise likes making everything really fetishy even without Touma appearing in the scene. The rest can rot.
- For a show that's called Index, the character called Index really doesn't do much, TBH. Mostly, they just like making Index bite Touma, and I hate that.
- Do not care about any of the religious stuff that goes on. Yes, the Catholic church is awful, stop making the nuns such fetishes all the same.
- I feel like the only ship I technically care about is Mikoto/Touma, and while I don't think it'll be canon, I do really like their friendship, and wish they got together all the same.
I can't watch the third series this month. I just can't. I'll leave it for November, when I've come across a better anime by then. I have to hope. I feel like I've had a bad selection of anime that automatically makes me dislike them, and I want to enjoy the story, the characters, and have it be genuinely good.
