I think, ultimately, this was an unnecessary sequel, most likely created as promotional material for the Netflix series, but it's still a nice ride while it lasted.

- I'm glad Arisu made it back! And he and Usagi have a baby girl!

- I definitely got emotional when seeing Arisu mention Shibuki, Chouta and Karube, and to see them pictured as well. Despite the fact he will never remember Shibuki, because he only befriended her during Borderlands, at least he will have memories of Chouta and Karube in the living world.

- I am so sad he will forget again. In some ways, it's definitely a good thing, because the Borderlands is a traumatizing realm, but still. Alice In Borderland is one of the few times when it's really 'it was all a dream (kinda)' and works. But if he ever is on the threshold of life/death, he and everyone else who survived, can always return, and remember, and isn't that a kind of fucked up thought.

- There's no guarantee that this would be the last time Arisu will return to the Borderlands. With luck, he will remember, he will survive, he will forget. It's a terrible blessing and a curse, TBH.

- Ah, I didn't see the twist coming that everyone could have survived the Nine Of Hearts game at all, but when you think about it, oh, it makes you feel so very very foolish.

- I loved a lot that the daughter would not let the doctor die, and she insists that he makes it up by saving 1000 lives. It just. I like that despite his self-preservation nature, and his desire to atone and sacrifice himself, she chose a different option, that ultimately, will probably achieve. Even though he will forget what happened.

- Part of me was curious and wanted to see the 'winners' of the previous Alice In Borderland manga (definitely not Border Road), but I think it's okay that they weren't seen either. Maybe they've died, or maybe they've kept on winning, either version is definitely possible.

- IDK, I liked it. I'm glad he got a happy ending. I liked that there's a possibility that he might come back again and remember, and each time, the process will be different. I'm glad it didn't go on for too long, something sweet and short works just fine, TBH.

- And seeing Usagi and the baby welcome Arisu back was a delight.

- 8/10. I just enjoy this world a lot, and can't wait for s2 of the Netflix show.
