satalasers Fun, if a little strange?
- It's a pretty cute concept, some members of the band Astro (although TBH, i only know Cha Eun Woo because of My ID is Gangnam Beauty) get sent back in time, back to their idol training center, and have no idea why, although some return back to the present/future, which is the day of their concert debut, plus their agent? I think? Maybe producer, or something.
- Anyway, their agent/producer, who is the same age as the band, has gone back in time twice before, and this is the third, and this is the first time other people have traveled back in time with her, even if it takes a while for her to figure that out, and for the band to realize it as well.
- It did make me laugh that the agent's brother is lazy, did nothing, up until she somehow makes him become hardworking by chance, and when she returns to the future, he's a hardworking man in a suit.
- I still can't quite figure out the mystery of why people went back in time, and then also returned, but I guess that's okay? It was mainly just a fluffy show, not much to it, except for hijinks, and being a bit ridiculous.
- I actually liked Cha Eun Woo a lot better here! It might be because he was playing himself, it seems, I assume, but he felt more natural here because of it, rather than his role on MIDIGB because I didn't think he was very good at the cold personality type, and I kind of assume he got the role because he's handsome, which yeah, he is, but he was more fun to watch and more likeable here, despite having a bit of temper. He has a nice smile! It was nice to see that!
- I liked the third bandmate who travelled back in time and was the last to forget details most. He was just very funny to watch.
- I found it a bit strange that the outtakes would happen at the end of the episode, but then in the final episode, they compiled all the outtakes again. But it was fun to see everyone goof up and giggle all the same.
- I liked seeing everyone sort of change time, and then struggle to get it back on track, with the additions of the two characters who could help with that, cheating by using what they know now to use then, get sent back to the future.
- There wasn't much romance to it, but that's fine. I thought the ships were cute regardless.
8.5/10. I enjoyed myself watching it, TBH. Their music sounds nice too.
