What a cute KDrama! The main thing I liked about it was that everyone was a little bit terrible, even though they saw themselves as a good person.

It's also a really cool look at behind the scenes of entertainment.

- It's mainly about the adventures of newbie Baek Seung Chan, who starts off as the shy and sweet beginner, but occasionally displays the most petty of sides, and he messes up and succeeds at times, and it's fun to watch his ups and downs as he navigates his new job. I kind of think his first romance (aka, the reason he became a producer, his unrequited love went into the business) got left to the wayside, but I didn't really care about his main romance, with Tak Ye Jin, and preferred him with Cindy, which was the implied endgame. (I feel like it was!)

- Cindy was the best! I really liked how she started off as a cold and icy idol, who ventures into doing a variety show (because she's got the hugest crush on Seung Chan), and then she becomes a warmer and less standoffish celebrity. I do think her journey was the most realized, because we really got to see that her haughtiness was a mechanism learnt from being the industry for ten years, and she recognized that she was being 'dethroned'. Honestly, my favourite subplot of hers was that she joined an Anti-Fan group of her own, became admin of that club, and then during the meetup, not only befriended the Anti-Fans, but also found out that her road manager  had joined the club! Although her 'dethroning' manouevered by CEO Byun was so chilling.

- CEO Byun was super manipulative, and while every other character had an endearing quirk to them, she did not. She was so scary with how she tried to orchestrate Cindy's downfall, like she had with previous stars, Yun-A, and introduce the new star Ji Ni. So seeing Byun get ousted was pretty rewarding.

- The veteran producers were super cute! Ra Jun Mo and Tak Ye Jin was cute best friends who were in love with each other, and I liked how they supported each other and lived with each other (temporarily!), but were also unafraid to be strict with each other. But it was cute to see Jun Mo and Ye Jin be Seung Chan's mentors, but also misunderstand him. I did like that Jun Mo had a past with Yun-A, who had been discarded, and that guilt explained why he was so protective of his team and cast, but then we found out that Yun-A was doing okay and had opened her own flower shop.

- I do think the Jun Mo/Ye Jin/Seung Chan love triangle went a little too long, since I don't particularly like Boss/Employee relationships (and it was super obvious that Jun Mo and Ye Jin were going to end up together.) But I liked that they remained friends all the same.

- I liked the interoffice politics! You got to see various producers working on their own shows/try to please the higher ups. I especially liked the admin Yang Mi have an tight hold on the paperwork, and that there was a little office romance between her and Hong Sun (who hilariously starts off hating her, then adores her, then ditches her, then regrets it, and then has to choose between love and possibly getting a promotion). It was so up and down with them that I found it so very cute to watch.

- I didn't know ALL the variety show celebs, because I don't watch variety shows, but I'm glad I started watching Hwarang, so I could recognize Go Ah-Ra; and watched A Korean Odyssey, so I knew who Lee Seung Gi was. I do want to watch more his shows TBH! But it was lovely to see them cameo for an episode. There were plenty of celebs I didn't recognize but for these two, I was kind of glad that I did know them because it made their scenes funnier.

- I liked The Office style of filming, which made the whiplash of people saying one thing and then doing the opposite of that (especially with Ye Jin) very funny. I do think the quirk sort of got forgotten midway, but then it sort of picked up by the end.

- I liked the slow respect formed with Ye Jin and Ciny! They didn't like each other at all to begin with, but then they eventually did, and that was very sweet.

- OFFICE GHOST! I'd seen the actor in several shows (Lets Eat 2, Pinocchio), but he was so cute here, as the friendly 'I've been through all this, so I'll help you newbie' guide to Seung Chan, and I didn't expect him to be a ghost, but I super liked that he was! And how the variety team Seung Chan worked with was like 'dude! you met an office ghost! creepy!!!'

A solid nine for me, because it was fun and interesting, and I laughed a lot at everyone's shortsightedness and enjoyed the characters face their ups and down
