Not as interesting as I'd hoped it would be, TBH?
- This series definitely lost me at times, just because I couldn't really focus on it.
- You'd think a train arc would be interesting, but I wasn't as engaged as I wanted to be, TBH. I did like the map, and the train carriages being separated, so that the main group would be split up.
- Loved seeing Azami arrive at destination skiing. It was just surprisingly cute to me.
- I enjoyed the backstory reveal with Gin, Soma's dad and Azami. And Jun was there too!
- I think I may have thought this since the first half, but like, the Elite Ten, kind of aren't as interesting as I'd hoped. Not if I compare it to Kuroko No Basket's Generation of Miracles, TBH. Like, they're quirky, and I like them alright, but I'm not that engaged TBH. In fact, it feels like most of the KNB comparisons I make to SnS, make SnS come out unfavourably, TBH. The main cast in KNB were bland, but SNS feel even blander TBH.
- I know I shouldn't compare it, but they're both over the top. I will say that it's great that SNS has far more female characters, though. Part of me wonders if I'd like the Elite Ten more if they were broken like the Generation of Miracles was, but no, people come and go, and it's kind of hard to stay attached to them, TBH.
- I enjoyed Akira joining Azami's ranks, TBH. i wish I could have invested more, but, the outfit was cool, and his hair grew longer, it seemed. Or at least, he let his hair down more often. :D I liked that it was Akira's independence to let him down, whereas Souma's cooperation with his friends is what caused his success.
6/10. IDK.
