The Best Future

- I didn't expect it to be so short, but it feels like a web series, that also happens to be a musical? Very easy to blitz through.
- I am ridiculously charmed that the male lead is called Best, and the female lead is called Future. Titles like that get me every time.
- I kind of wish it had been developed a bit more, with Best and Future actually dating, (maybe kissing!), and had talked about the fact that they were roommates who only really talked to each other through message boards, or when Future didn't know that Best was her roommate, and just a guy who happened to be nearby lately because he was a delivery man.
- I kind of liked Best's stage fright, and for him to focus on having fun was the way to overcome it was cute.
- But that's what you get for it being a very short, breezy watch. I definitely enjoyed it's lightness and fluffiness, but I can't help but wish there was a bit more.
- Also kind of loved the Director, and no one really knowing what his job was, despite the fact he constantly gave people discounts. He was just a joyful presence, TBH.
