 Interesting, but odd.

- The format is actually kind of cool? I feel like The Producers did it slightly better IMO, mind you it felt like The Producers also forgot about the format. Whereas with LITC, I found it hard to believe that the camera man was there, at times?

- I did like that the couples felt like normal people, and it was a frank discussion about love and relationships, and they interrupted each other constantly. A downside was that I didn't like... three of the main cast, TBH?

- I absolutely did adore Park Jae-Won as the hopeless romantic, and Seo Rin-Yi, as the eternal part-timer, and Kang Gun, a lazy novellist. I actually also liked Lee Eun-O towards the end, after she explained her actions. But I found it incredibly hard to like Choi Gun Joon, Park Jae-Won's cousin, who kind of mocked him mercilessly, and was not as sympathetic to his cousin as much as I wanted? There's a balance between the two, I think, and whether it was the script, or the actor, it didn't work, IMO. Oh Sun-Young was just bonkers, IMO, and while occasionally I did find her funny, why would you be that extreme all the time?

- I really liked the friendship between Kang Gun, Lee Eun-O and Seo Rin-Yi. I really liked their candle ritual, and how their friendship remains really strong, even when they worried about her, and she told them about her worst secret. They were what she needed them to be, and I did like that they offered their unconditional support in that moment, but man, I bet Kang Gun and Seo Rin-Yi had a super intense discussion afterwards, when it was okay to.

- I found Lee Eun-O really baffling in the first part. She tries hard to be a manic pixie dream girl, with the whirlwind romance/marriage, tries to move on, cannot. Hates herself for it, but also tries hard to avoid Park Jae-Won and also maintain the idea that she's a terrible woman. I just. I get that it's low self-esteem and wanting to recover from a breakup, but oh wow, she felt so irrational in the first half in the city that it was kind of hard to like. The background made it make more sense, but still, it felt bizarre. I did feel bad for her though, because she tried to move on, but also could not forget, and IDK, it's a precarious balance which I actually think the actress pulled off. (TBH, I also find that actress slightly unlikable, but here, I could feel for her character at the end, TBH.)

- I actually really liked the resolution for Lee Eun-O/Park Jae-Won subplot. That he wanted to meet the true Lee Eun-O, even if he liked the fake her, he still thought, it's one aspect of her, he wants to accept her as she is, even if she doesn't know who that is. He's willing to find out, and love her, and she's at that stage that she can accept that as well.

- Man, I'm so glad Rin-Yi and Choi Gun Joon broke up. TBH, part of me ended up shipping Kang Gun and Seo Rin-Yi, but I doubt that will actually happen, but I liked their friendship especially.

- Honestly, I'm glad Kang Gun and Oh Sun-Yeong don't end up together, either. TBH, I'm glad they get closure, though.

- I really feel like the show focused too much on Lee Eun-O and Park Jae-Won, and should have focused on the others more, so they could feel better rounded, but at the same time, I really did love the flashbacks to the beach, where they were happily in love, even if it was a lie. The beach scenes were beautiful though, just the cinematography and the atmosphere, and them being adorable together.

- I liked that the police officer got his own subplot in the final episode. Why? I don't know, but it was cute.

7.5/10. Not sure I'd rewatch it, but it certainly gave some food for thought.
